About Jim

I live and write near Carbondale, Illinois with my wife of over four decades and two desert tortoises. I write fiction under the name Mitchell Poole. A book of my fiction, "Rogue Poet and Late Arrivals" will be available in 2011. My next poetry book, Connecting the Dots, will be available in mid-2010.

Two of my poems were published in the poetry magazine A Hudson View in 2009.
